I’m Tony, Director of Sanghera Consulting. I work with local authorities and housing associations to procure, implement and improve the systems their services depend on.

My experience spans more than 20 years across business and technology change, with a particular focus on housing management, assets, compliance and repairs. I combine strategic oversight with the day-to-day attention that complex delivery needs.

You work directly with me. I become part of your delivery team, bringing structure, clear communication and constructive challenge while working closely with your people and suppliers.

I focus on practical decisions: what needs to change, who needs to be involved and what will make the new system work in practice. That means connecting procurement and programme governance with data, integration, testing and business readiness.
