Keep the people who use the system involved throughout delivery. I connect business and technical teams so that decisions, testing and readiness reflect how services actually operate.
Coordinate stakeholders, user acceptance testing, training plans, operational readiness and the move into business as usual.

Lead the delivery of housing management, asset, compliance, repairs and mobile working solutions. I coordinate the business, technical and supplier workstreams needed for a controlled implementation.
Oversight spans data migration and reconciliation, interfaces, testing, cutover planning and go-live readiness.
